Brantford Volkswagen is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced dealership environment. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service to our technicians, customers, and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist technicians with parts inquiries, estimates, and orders.
- Serve retail, wholesale, and internal dealership customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts shipments.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Process parts returns, special orders, and warranty returns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Parts Department.
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Complete additional departmental duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
- Dealership experience considered a strong asset.
- CDK dealership management system experience preferred.
- Experience with Volkswagen ETKA electronic parts catalogue is considered an asset.




- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and qualified.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Hours & Schedule

- Full-time position – 40–44 hours per week.
- Weekday shifts with scheduled Saturday shifts.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Flexibility to accommodate dealership scheduling requirements.
