Demonstrate Earth Sciences laboratory techniques at Brock University while supporting students, marking reports, and preparing labs on campus as needed.

This Lab Demonstrator works under the Senior Lab Instructor's direction within a 10-hour weekly workload. The position supports ERSC laboratory instruction through demonstrations, student assistance, secure conditions, preparation, cleanup, and marking. The appointment requires Earth Sciences graduate qualifications and completed course preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present introductions to Earth Sciences laboratory sessions
- Demonstrate laboratory techniques and assist students
- Maintain safe laboratory conditions during sessions
- Prepare and clean up laboratory materials
- Mark lab reports and attend required meetings

Requirements:

- Hold an MSc in Earth Sciences
- Currently enroll in an Earth Sciences graduate program
- Complete ERSC 3P21 or an equivalent course
- Work under the Senior Lab Instructor's direction
- Work on campus as needed
