Job Overview

As an Order Picker, you’ll support warehouse distribution by selecting, moving, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and systems to help keep inventory organized and orders moving accurately through the facility.

Responsibilities

- Pick and stage orders using an order picker, following order details and warehouse procedures.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment as assigned to move materials safely.
- Load and unload shipments, support shipping and receiving, and maintain orderly work areas.
- Use a warehouse management system to record activity and coordinate order status with colleagues.

Requirements

Required: Practical order-picking skills, secure heavy lifting, and the ability to load and unload materials are essential to daily duties.



Mechanical knowledge supports equipment handling and careful work around warehouse operations. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including warehouse management system use, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, or construction experience, is helpful; familiarity with order pickers, forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and heavy equipment operation is an advantage.

- Hours 12pm-10:30pm Mon-Thu
- Reach truck experience required
- Picking Orders – loading trucks
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Pay rate $21/hr
- Ongoing assignment – that could lead to FT. Will also depend on continued business volume.

I can tour anytime this week Mon-Thu 10:30-3:30pm.
