Exclusive Floors (Coquitlam) has an immediate opening for a highly organized, detail oriented Project Manager's assistant who also possesses excellent sales , customer service & computer skills to join our Insurance Flooring Sales Team.
In this role you will support our Insurance Flooring Sales Team with replacement projects for customers affected by fire and flood damage. You will help customers select materials, coordinate ordering, installations & invoicing. You will keep projects moving from initial contact through completion.

- Experience in flooring, restoration, insurance, property management, or construction is an asset however not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
- A customer-focused approach with practical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Able to handle a large volume of daily e-mails
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a definite asset.
