As a Sales Specialist, you’ll receive full training on our range of specialty products and learn how to deliver exceptional customer service. Your goal is simple — understand what each customer needs and connect them with the right products to make their experience unforgettable.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service and product knowledge
- Work closely with management and team members to achieve sales goals
- Merchandise and restock inventory in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment
- Follow all Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Be flexible and available for shifts that meet store needs
- Be open to feedback and professional growth
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
- 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
- Creative, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a great listener
- Strong ability to connect with customers and create positive experiences
Skills & Experience:
- Merchandising & visual display skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable, energetic, and proactive attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- POS and cash-handling experience is an asset
