Overview

As a Class 1 Skilled Truck Driver (Manual Transmission Only), you’ll transport freight safely and reliably, operating a manual-transmission truck and supporting smooth, timely deliveries. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep loads and delivery plans on track. You must have 3 years of experience driving tractor trailers.

Duties

- Reefer Experience is a MUST.
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Operate a manual-transmission commercial truck, following safe driving practices and planned routes.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload freight, using a forklift or heavy equipment when appropriate and safe.
- Complete vehicle checks, report concerns, and perform basic automotive repair tasks within your capabilities.
- Communicate delivery updates and document freight movements accurately.

Qualifications





3 years of driving tractor trailer experience is preferred.

Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs.

Required: Practical commercial driving capability, safe operation of a manual-transmission truck, careful freight handling, and clear communication are essential to completing deliveries and coordinating with colleagues. Preferred: Forklift and heavy equipment operation skills, along with automotive repair knowledge, are valuable strengths that can support efficient loading and help identify vehicle issues. Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
