Macklin Tire is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and personable individual to join their team in a hybrid shop and customer service position.

TITLE: Tire and Customer Service Associate

SCHEDULE: Full time – (Monday-Friday) Opportunity for on-call work.

SALARY: Hourly - Based on experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting with light vehicle, agricultural, commercial, and industrial tire installations and repairs - including inspecting, balancing and rotating

Assisting with bookings, sales, and customer inquiries

Provide on-site services as required

Supporting the team wherever required

Other duties as required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Physically demanding (weight handling, bending, crouching, kneeling)

Fast paced setting

Friendly work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:





Must be able to follow all company safety policies

Must be comfortable working with customers and coworkers

Must have good communication skills

Must be dependable

Must be efficient

Must provide excellent customer service

Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Previous administrative expirience considered an asset

Previous automotive or mechanical background considered an asset
