Overview

The Medical Office Manager coordinates daily office operations, supports staff, and helps maintain organized, responsive service. This role brings together administrative oversight, records management, and practical planning to keep workflows running smoothly.

Duties

- Coordinate daily office workflows, schedules, and administrative processes; address operational issues and keep work moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and related documentation, applying medical terminology and appropriate attention to detail.
- Support human resources activities, guide staff, and oversee day-to-day team performance.
- Track budgets and office resources, identify operational needs, and coordinate with colleagues to support consistent service. Your impact:

Qualifications

Required: Communication, recordkeeping, and organizational capabilities to manage office workflows, support staff, and handle electronic medical records accurately. Preferred: Medical office , including familiarity with MedAccess, medical terminology, or supervising.

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.25 per week
