Meicor Property Management Services Inc is looking for a local person in Port Alberni who is available to do rental showings, manage keys & paperwork and attend properties to meet contractors etc.
The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to respond to urgent matters but can generally build their own schedule.
Previous rental caretaking/management is not a requirement but preferred.
Applicant must have a vehicle with transparent drivers abstract and access to a computer/printer.
Please note this is a contract position whereby the candidate would invoice for hours of service completed, it is not a payroll position.
