Position Overview

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team!

Blue Ribbon Millwork & Cabinetry is seeking a motivated sales professional with experience in custom cabinetry or millwork and a strong understanding of the woodworking industry.

This is a primarily field-based position focused on generating new business, meeting prospective clients, and building relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.

The position offers $20.00 per hour plus sales commissions, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business and build relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
- Meet prospective clients and present our custom cabinetry and millwork services.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Attend our shop daily and conduct outside client meetings throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with our team and maintain organized client records.
- Provide daily updates on sales activities, results, and planned follow-ups.

Requirements

- Previous sales experience in cabinetry or millwork and familiarity with the woodworking industry.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Initiative, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work independently.
- An organized, professional approach and a focus on achieving sales goals.
