Duties

- Lead and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities at the commercial site.
- Read blueprints and schematics to plan work, identify materials, and guide accurate assembly.
- Use hand and power tools to complete plumbing tasks, applying mechanical knowledge and basic math.
- Support related construction work, including HVAC, carpentry, and welding tasks, while following safe practices for heavy lifting.

Qualifications

Required: Practical plumbing knowledge, mechanical aptitude, blueprint and schematic reading, basic math, and safe use of hand and power tools support the role’s installation and maintenance duties. Physical capability for heavy lifting is also important. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with HVAC, carpentry, welding, and assembly are useful strengths for coordinating varied commercial-site work.Pay: CA$43.78.00 - CA$47.78 per hour

What You’ll Do

- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems (mostly new home + multi-unit res…but constantly evolving).
- Run your jobs independently while keeping projects on track.
- Mentor apprentices (we invest in the up and comers who show promise).
- Work safe, do it right, no shortcuts.

What We’re Looking For

- Journeyman Plumber Red Seal Lead
- Valid driver’s license + clean record.
- Solid problem-solver who can think on their feet.
- Team player who takes pride in their work (and doesn’t mind showing an apprentice the ropes).

Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 8-hour days. (or however much more you want…)
- Weekends? Only if we absolutely have to.
