Brand Shop – Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL)
Restricted Area (Airside)
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our brand shop located inside the restricted area of Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL).
This is a permanent, year-round position, not a seasonal opportunity. We are looking for someone who is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.
Important: This role requires availability for early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM. Applicants must be comfortable commuting at this time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Support inventory restocking and organization
- Follow brand guidelines and airport security procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French & English) required
- Reliable, punctual,
and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Airport Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in a restricted airport environment
- RAIC (red pass) is an asset
- Candidates currently working airside at YUL are encouraged to apply
Schedule & Compensation Must be available for shifts starting at 5:00 AM
- Schedule to be discussed (flexibility required) 10-20hrs week
- Compensation based on experience
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
