Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while performing custodial tasks.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary to complete cleaning tasks effectively.
- Conduct heavy lifting when required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning duties.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing all cleaning tasks.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.

Requirements

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas that require attention or improvement in cleanliness.
