Job Responsibilities:

- Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
- Schedule personnel, tools and equipment
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Estimate costs and materials
- Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid 306A Licensed Plumber (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experienced as a Plumber.
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role (preferred)
- UA Local 787 union members are welcome to apply.




- Robust knowledge of plumbing systems, power tools, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
- Valid Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Experience with renovation and remodeling projects is an asset
- Welding experience and the ability to fabricate and install piping systems are considered strong assets

Other Informations:

- Salary Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on work experience)
