Our client a premier, global market leader in the financial asset servicing sector, is currently seeking an experienced, high-calibre Senior HRIS Business Analyst to join their global application support division. In this role, you will be a key driver of a massive, multi-year Global Payroll Transformation Program. This high-visibility initiative is focused on standardizing processes, strengthening global governance, and reducing operational complexity across a workforce spanning over 30 countries.

Key Responsibilities

As a critical member of the transformation team, you will bridge the gap between global payroll experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to transition legacy country-specific systems to a standardized global platform.

- Assess current-state payroll processes, controls, and operating models across 30+ countries; evaluate country readiness and support complex data migration planning.
- Independently analyze complex global business challenges, synthesize cross-functional stakeholder requirements, and develop scalable, future-state process maps and workflows.
- Help establish the enterprise ERP system as the authoritative, global "single source of truth" for all HR, payroll, and compensation data.
- Define reporting, data governance, and automated integration requirements between core systems; lead comprehensive business testing and coordinate global User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Partner closely with global HR, Finance, Technology, and external enterprise software vendors to drive change management and seamless solutions delivery.

Position Requirements





- 6+ years of dedicated Business Analyst experience supporting complex HR, Payroll, Finance, ERP, or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Direct, hands-on experience working with ADP enterprise solutions (GlobalView or Celergo) in an implementation, data migration, transformation, or systems integration capacity is strictly required.
- Strong familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and building/managing integrations between Oracle HCM and payroll platforms is highly preferred.
- Proven mastery of requirements gathering, data governance, end-to-end process design, and building consensus across cross-functional, global matrix environments.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; a natural ability to navigate structural ambiguity and exercise sound operational judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
