ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Laval location.

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who enjoys interacting with customers, works well in a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. An interest in crystals,



gemstones, and wellness-inspired products is a strong asset!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our merchandise.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Perform basic computer and administrative tasks using Mac OS and Google Workspace.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store setting.
- Restock shelves, label merchandise, and organize product displays.
- Receive, unpack, verify, and organize incoming shipments.
- Learn about our products to confidently guide customers and make appropriate recommendations.
- Assist with daily store operations and collaborate with team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Required:

- Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of cash register or POS experience.
- Bilingual in French and English (mandatory), with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software, including Mac OS, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.




- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and respectful of assigned schedules.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.

Considered an asset:

- Interest or knowledge in crystals, gemstones, jewelry, spirituality, or wellness products.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising, or receiving shipments.
