The Hiring Business Developer Executive – B2B Sales & Client Acquisition will build business relationships and develop opportunities with business clients in Mississauga, ON. The role combines prospecting, client engagement, sales analysis, and account management to support sustainable growth. You will work with colleagues to turn market insights and client needs into focused business development activity.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities, using business development and marketing approaches to reach prospective clients.
- Lead client conversations, communicate value clearly, and use negotiation skills to advance opportunities and build lasting relationships.
- Analyze sales activity and market information to guide outreach, track progress, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Use Salesforce to maintain client records, coordinate follow-up, and support effective account management.





Experience

Required: Solid communication skills, practical business development and B2B sales capabilities, and the ability to analyze opportunities, negotiate professionally, and manage client relationships using Salesforce. Leadership and marketing skills support coordinated, effective outreach. Preferred: Related experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, or account management, with strengths in leadership and client communication. Pay: $37,700.00-$143,000.00 per year
