Glendenning's Canteen & Glendenning's Flowers is a small business in Big River, NB. In our flower shop, we work hard to create lasting memories for our clients during the most significant times in their lives, and so; it is important that we find an employee who is able to be gentle, patient and understanding for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current product information; including flowers and plants
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed





Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment

*valid drivers license is a must*
