We have immediate openings for Parts & Service Department person able to specify and advise on parts purchases. Previous experience preferred, must have a valid driver's license, good command of spoken and written English and good computer skills. A mature outlook to customer service with a get it done attitude, willing to learn new skills and work as a team player. Must be willing to work evenings or weekends as required. Previous Protractor experience an asset.

Responsibilities will include:

- Process all inbound parts shipments
- Put away daily and weekly stock orders
- General maintenance of entire stockroom
- Organize and fill orders out of the stock.
- Organize orders for for technicians in workshop .
- Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times.




- Confirm with service advisor on needed parts for a repair and customer commitment to the repair prior to ordering out-of-stock items, Notify Shop Foreman that parts have been received.
- Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records by counting, weighing, or measuring items.
- Service advisor duties included
- Must work alternate Saturdays

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
