FIUME is looking for a reliable, experienced, and passionate Sous Chef to join our onsite restaurant team!

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a sous chef or leadership role

Responsibilities

- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Help oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality




- Support and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization
- Help manage kitchen inventory and minimize food waste
- Ensure smooth and efficient service
