About the Opportunity

Auto Workforces Inc. is hiring Licensed and Non-Licensed Automotive Technicians on behalf of our client in Oakville, Ontario.

The shop is looking for skilled and motivated technicians with strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic abilities. Candidates with Red Seal certification or relevant hands-on automotive repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify required repairs.
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
- Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire services.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and shop safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.




- Communicate repair findings and recommendations to the service team.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and shop staff.

Candidate Requirements

- Licensed and non-licensed automotive technicians are welcome.
- Red Seal certification (310S) is required for licensed technician applicants.
- Previous hands-on automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship.
