Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: $18 to $19/hour
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to keep our daily warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll start on the line as a General Laborer for the first 2 weeks to learn our processes and team, then move into the Team Lead role.
Responsibilities
- Work on the production line as a General Laborer during the initial 2-week training period
- Lead, guide, and support a team of warehouse associates on a daily basis
- Assign tasks and keep work flowing to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Train new team members on procedures, equipment, and safety standards
- Make sure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow and enforce safety rules and company policies
- Report issues, attendance, and daily progress to management
Requirements
- Must have your own car. The site is in Bolton, with no public transit access
- Ability to be on time and work the full schedule, Mon to Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Leadership or team-lead experience is a plus
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
