Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of all food products.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.




- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures within the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
