We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring activities for a diverse portfolio of roles in Markham, Ontario. This position plays a key part in attracting strong talent, shaping compelling job advertisements, and guiding candidates through an organized and efficient selection process. The successful candidate will balance proactive sourcing with careful candidate evaluation while keeping recruitment records current and stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities:

- Manage concurrent recruitment mandates across multiple vacancies and hiring priorities.
- Develop original job advertisements for both internal audiences and external talent markets.
- Publish, refresh, and monitor postings on online career platforms and employment websites to maintain visibility.
- Source candidates with relevant experience through resume databases, industry networks, social media channels, and job boards.
- Screen applications from various sources and assess alignment with role requirements and organizational fit.
- Complete reference checks and coordinate background screening for shortlisted candidates when needed.
- Prepare employment offers and communicate next steps clearly to selected applicants.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Uphold a high standard of responsiveness and quality throughout the hiring process.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple open roles at the same time.
- Strong ability to write effective job postings and promote opportunities across digital channels.
- Previous experience recruiting in the software space and with executive level roles.




- Hands-on experience sourcing talent through online databases, job boards, and social networking platforms.
- Solid background in candidate screening, interview coordination, and selection support.
- Familiarity with reference checking, background verification, and offer preparation.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM or ERP platforms, and recruitment-related tools.
- Working knowledge of staffing, onboarding, and hiring process best practices.
