The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect people, property, and business operations by identifying potential loss, monitoring activity, and responding calmly to concerns. Through attentive observation and clear communication, you support a safer environment and help colleagues address incidents promptly.
Duties
- Conduct surveillance of relevant areas, using CCTV and direct observation to identify unusual activity and potential risks.
- Respond to suspected theft, safety concerns, and other incidents in accordance with established procedures; document observations and actions accurately.
- Communicate concerns clearly to colleagues, share relevant information, and support appropriate follow-up while treating people respectfully.

Qualifications
Required: Practical surveillance, CCTV monitoring, clear communication, sound observation, and accurate recordkeeping skills support effective loss prevention duties. Preferred: Law enforcement experience or related loss prevention experience can strengthen incident awareness, judgment, and confidence when responding to wide-ranging situations.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
