About Us:
We are a fabrication shop in Port Kells. We design, build and install safety and access systems and related products. We are looking for two skilled Metal Fabricators/Welders to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
- Read blueprints and shop drawings; cut, prep, fit, and weld
- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using GMAW, SMAW, and other processes as required
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Periodic field installation work
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Metal Fabricating and/or welding experience in a fabrication workplace
- CWB tickets, or ability to pass tests as required
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to work in both shop and field environments
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
