Job Summary

The Store Manager - Full Time leads daily store operations, supports retail sales, and creates a welcoming customer experience. This role coordinates the team, maintains effective merchandising and inventory practices, and helps the store meet its sales and budget goals.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and develop team members through recruiting, interviewing, training, scheduling, and transparent day-to-day communication.
- Oversee customer service, cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and accurate payroll and bookkeeping processes.
- Manage merchandising, pricing, purchasing, and inventory while supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor budgets and store performance, organize administrative tasks, and address operational needs with sound judgment.

Skills

Required: Practical leadership, communication, organization, time management, math, and customer service skills support daily supervision, sales, and accurate store operations. Preferred: Retail management or supervising experience, retail sales and sales management strengths, and experience with recruiting, payroll, merchandising, POS, purchasing, budgeting, cash handling, training and development, negotiation, pricing, marketing, bookkeeping, administrative work, phone etiquette, or cashiering. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
