We're looking for helpers and apprentices to work alongside our most skilled renovation guys this winter, at our resort and inn properties in Exeter and Grand Bend / Bayfield. It's a great way to learn the trades hands-on, and it could turn into year-round work.

What you'll mainly be doing:

- Assisting our lead tradesmen

- Demolition

- Garbage cleanup

- Material handling

- Prep work

- Painting

- Hanging drywall

- Flooring

- Landscaping

- Repairs

Who we're looking for:

- Someone who works just as hard when no one is watching

- Has real hustle and takes pride in getting the job done

- Smart enough to work on their own without supervision and get it right the first time

- Reliable and shows up on time

- Willing to learn and take direction

- Some experience is a bonus, but not required





- Basic hand tools and a reliable way to get to work

How it works:

- $20/hour as a subcontractor

- Invoice weekly on our easy form

- Paid by e-transfer every Friday

- Flexible days

Hiring process:

3. If you pass, a paid 4-hour test day

4. We decide from there if we want to keep you on
