Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive assistance to meet their needs
- Support daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering product recommendations when appropriate
- Assist in processing transactions at the checkout counter efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve shared goals
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers




- Participate in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and cycle counts

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around comfortably for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt quickly in a lively setting
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
