We have a position available for a reliable and dedicated cleaner. The position involves working at different locations between Welland and Fonthill and averages approximately 15 hours per week.

Applicants must have their own reliable transportation and be available for the full schedule below.

Schedule

- Wednesday: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (every other week) and 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of commercial or residential cleaning experience
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable transportation
- Police check
- Two previous employment references
- Two personal references
- Anti-slip shoes
- Responsible and reliable, with consistent attendance
- Looking for a long-term position and able to commit for at least one year

Duties

- Sweep and mop floors and stairs
- Vacuum carpets and area rugs
- Empty garbage and replace liners




- Clean and disinfect washrooms
- Clean kitchen areas and fixtures
- Dust and wipe desks, doors, surfaces, and other assigned areas
- Restock and maintain supply areas
- Report any deficiencies, damages, or repair needs to management
- Follow all health and safety procedures

This is a physical cleaning position. You will be active throughout your shifts and will regularly be required to bend, lift, push, and pull.
