Resident Attendants at The Barrieview Retirement Residence provide resident care, prompt call-bell response, and courteous support while building meaningful relationships.

Working with Sienna Senior Living, you will understand residents’ experiences and support their daily health and well-being. You will assist residents and families, offer program choices, and contribute to the home’s culture. The focus remains on helping residents live fully every day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly
- Complete resident care according to care plans
- Transport residents to activities, dining, and health offices
- Perform assigned laundry and housekeeping duties
- Practice secure food handling during preparation and service

Requirements:

- At least six months’ similar experience
- Current First Aid and CPR training
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Personal Support Worker certification preferred
