Represent Value Buds as a cannabis store supervisor at Danforth & Main, guiding customers through products, education, and compliant purchases.

This Keyholder position supports shift operations while serving as the face of the Value Buds brand. You will help customers navigate cannabis products, maintain store presentation, and complete transactions. The work also includes deliveries, basic inventory checks, shelf replenishment, and identification verification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead by example during assigned retail shifts
- Guide customers with product recommendations and education
- Restock shelves and receive deliveries
- Complete basic inventory checks and merchandising
- Process payments, receipts, and POS transactions

Requirements:

- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Transparent communication skills and customer-first approach
- Valid Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell certification
- Provincial minimum age eligibility of 18 or 19+
- Ability to stand extensively and lift up to 40 pounds
