Support residents overnight as a Security Concierge in Hamilton, Ontario, using communication, organization, and calm decision-making skills.
FirstService Residential seeks a self-motivated, outgoing Security Concierge for Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. You will provide resident information, customer service, access coordination, and property protection at an onsite community. The role requires a valid Ontario Security License and the ability to communicate by phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer resident questions, provide directions, and clarify service needs
- Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
- Patrol building levels, parking areas, and property perimeter
- Respond to emergencies and fire alarms
- Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and front desk software updates
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand
