As a Pharmacy Shipping Assistant, you will maintain shipping information, prepare pharmacy products, and keep shipments organized. The work includes scanning, documentation checks, inventory handling, and driver coordination. Basic computer skills support accurate data entry, email, and shipment updates. Pharmacy, shipping, inventory, or warehouse experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain shipping information and update shipment records accurately
- Scan products and medication strips for resident assignments
- Match shipped products with resident and shipment documentation
- Prepare shipping bags, labels,



and required paperwork
- Coordinate driver departures and organize pickup-ready shipments

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills, scanning, data entry, and email
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Pharmacy, shipping, inventory, or warehouse experience is an asset
