Lead children’s ministry operations with staff hiring, curriculum development, and parent communication. MBC offers a seasonal hourly schedule from January through August.

As MBC Kids Coordinator, you will oversee programming with support from the Chief Ministry Officer. The work includes planning, administration, staff preparation, and execution of the MBC Kids Summer Program. You will collaborate with ministry partners to align summer themes and programs while developing leaders for effective service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute MBC Kids summer ministry programming
- Create onboarding and training schedules for staff
- Support staff with guest management and discipline
- Align Kids programs with wider ministry themes
- Complete experience plans, reports, and annual budget development

Requirements:

- Experience working with youth or young adults is an asset
- Volunteer experience is an asset
- Skilled communication and mature conduct
- Ability to liaison effectively with ministry partners and guests
- Compliance with safety, protection, and staff policies
