You will provide product advice, connect people with quality gear, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store team. Training supports your growth in product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chat with members about products they need
- Understand needs through open-ended questions
- Recommend gear using product and industry knowledge
- Keep the store in excellent condition
- Share MEC services and event information

Requirements:

- Genuine interest in helping people
- Customer service mindset and personal integrity
- Curiosity about gear and recent technology
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Availability Saturdays or Sundays
