This Building Maintenance Worker role requires secondary school graduation and one to two years of experience. Duties include cleaning, minor repairs, equipment operation, grounds care, and safety checks. The work setting is a hotel, motel, or resort, with minimal supervision and physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and vacuum floors and stairs
- Empty waste containers and clean windows, walls, and ceilings
- Make minor heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical adjustments
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies exceeding 45 kilograms
- Explicit snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduation certificate
