The YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka seeks a Child Care Supply Assistant for as-needed coverage across multiple school locations. You will provide personal care, support children with additional needs, and implement play-based learning under the YMCA Curriculum. Strong communication with families, staff, and volunteers is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, first aid, medication, and dietary monitoring
- Supervise groups of up to 15 children independently
- Plan and implement YMCA Curriculum play-based learning
- Communicate professionally with families, staff, and volunteers




- Maintain inclusive, safe, and versatile program routines

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check and required immunizations
- Availability for required opening, closing, or full-day shifts
- Ability to lift 20 kilograms and work outdoors year-round
