Build warehouse experience with UPS in Kamloops, loading and unloading packages while supporting scanning, sorting, and stocking operations. This is permanent part-time work.
The Warehouse Associate position is based at 1845 Kryczka Place in Kamloops, British Columbia. You will handle UPS packages through shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, stocking, loading, and unloading activities. The regular shift runs Monday through Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., although operational requirements may change shift hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load packages into trailers or package cars
- Unload packages from trailers or package cars
- Scan and sort packages using UPS methods
- Stock packages and complete shipping and receiving tasks
- Perform other assigned tasks, including heavy machinery use
Requirements:
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds
- Ability to memorize postal codes accurately
- Flexible shift availability up to five days per week
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work permanent part-time hours
