This Part time Over-the-Counter Associate supports daily OTC department tasks under direction from the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager. You will maintain customer service consistent with Walmart’s Basic Beliefs and values. Responsibilities include checking expired products, following merchandise procedures, maintaining N.C.O. areas, and supporting sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain assigned areas through consistent department zoning
- Rotate merchandise and identify expired OTC products
- Follow ordering, clearance, markdown, and pricing procedures
- Keep areas free of fixtures, debris, objects, and liquids
- Support department sales and profit with manager direction
