Keep senior living spaces clean and sanitary as a Housekeeping Aide with peopleCare Communities, using disinfecting procedures and secure work practices.

This experienced Housekeeping Aide maintains cleanliness throughout the Home by cleaning rooms and furnishings in assigned areas. The work supports resident privacy, confidentiality, infection control, and prepared rooms for new occupants. You will report to the Director of Environmental Services while following established policies, procedures, and routines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble supplies, load service carts, and transport materials
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, utility rooms, kitchens, closets, and furnishings




- Prepare rooms for new occupants using prescribed procedures
- Report deficiencies, hazards, low supplies, and malfunctioning equipment

Requirements:

- Some understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to lift weights up to 30 pounds
- Ability to perform lift techniques
- Basic housekeeping knowledge and independent working skills
