Represent Mosaic and recognized consumer brands as a Product Demonstrator, using robust communication to engage shoppers during part-time sampling shifts. Training comes first.
This casual position brings products to life through demonstrations and sampling in retail settings. Brand Ambassadors work independently, approach shoppers confidently, and support memorable experiences. Thursday through Sunday availability is required, with advance scheduling for shifts throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring products to life through sampling and demonstrations
- Engage shoppers during scheduled retail brand activations
- Work independently while representing Mosaic and client brands
- Meet required sampling targets while standing for up to six hours
- Complete reporting using a smartphone with photo and internet access
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Confident, approachable, and goal-oriented communication style
- Thursday through Sunday availability for scheduled shifts
- Mandatory Food Safety and Smart Serve certifications
- Own vehicle and travel access to neighbouring cities
