You prepare meat, cheese, and fried chicken orders using slicers, stackers, rotisserie ovens, and deep fryers. The position also requires cold chain compliance, protected work practices, and flexibility across business-needed shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep the meat department clean, organized, zoned, and stocked
- Rotate stock and remove expired or unsellable products
- Complete pricing, signing, labeling, clearance, and markdown procedures

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
