Operate manufacturing machinery on Carlisle’s day shift in Winnipeg, using safety practices, attention to detail, and basic measurement skills. This full-time position runs from 7am to 3pm.

As a Machine Operator, you will prepare equipment, cycle materials, and support daily production goals. The work includes cutting, fabrication, molding, recycling, expanding, and other assigned department operations. You will review work orders, record material data, and assist with quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate assigned machinery to complete production work orders
- Review work orders and communicate required material quantities
- Inspect equipment and perform lockout/tagout procedures
- Stack, sort, and bundle materials according to standards
- Record manufacturing data and assist with quality checks

Requirements:

- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer, mathematics, and calculator skills
- Ability to use gauges, tapes, and rulers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
