Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge seeks a Barista Attendant skilled in specialty coffee, guest service, and menu guidance within luxury hospitality.
As a Barista for Fitzhugh’s and La Cabane, you will provide warm, sincere, engaging service to hotel guests. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will follow outlet standards while learning beverage lists, rotating promotions, retail products, and preparation methods. This permanent role requires recent Food and Beverage or retail experience and Canadian work eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled, engaging, and friendly guest service
- Prepare specialty coffee and “to go” items
- Explain menus and offer helpful recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and sales
- Complete opening, cleaning, closing, and inventory duties
Requirements:
- Recent Food and Beverage or retail experience
- Experience gained within the last two years
- Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
