As a Health and Beauty Team Associate, you will assist shoppers with products, merchandise locations, and purchase decisions. You will maintain displays, stock products, resolve customer issues, and provide awareness of available Cosmetics guidance. The position is located at 10 Cambridge Street in Collingwood, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Promote products, locate merchandise, and support purchase decisions
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
- Stock, rotate, price,
and display salesfloor merchandise
- Process claims, returns, documentation, and merchandise security
Requirements:
