Prepare espresso, café lattes, and cappuccinos as a General Helper while serving customers and maintaining food quality and presentation standards.

This General Helper position combines barista service, meal preparation, and workstation support. You will explain coffee options, follow recipes, distribute supplies, and support packaging areas. Food preparation and cooking may also be required as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and determine their coffee interests and needs
- Explain coffee drink menus and answer customer questions
- Prepare espresso, café latte, and cappuccino drinks
- Perform cleaning duties and remove garbage appropriately
- Support meal distribution, packaging, and food preparation

Requirements:

- Robust time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good written and verbal command of English
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical ability to carry up to 40 pounds
