Responsibilities:

- Intermodal Dispatch
- Professionally provide information to drivers, customers & team members
- Answer phone promptly & courteously
- Respond to emails promptly & courteously
- Accurately update & enter orders
- Promptly update customer
- Tracing shipment status
- Photocopying, scanning & emailing documentation
- Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 year transportation dispatch experience required
- Previous experience in the Intermodal/Ocean Container Industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills




- Ability to handle stress well
- Proficient with Internet, Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong self-discipline and initiative
- Knowledge of greater Toronto area and local HWYs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 per year for start
