Job description

- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the set-up, the maintenance and the cleaning of the counter and refrigerators in the kitchen station.
- Learn the detailed cooking procedures for the breakfast and the lunch plates. Note: Training will be provided.
- Prepare plates according to the Cora standards.
- Learn to execute the quality and the presentation of every plate.
- Learn the procedures for set-up
- Use the lists of cleaning tasks
- Learn and apply good hygiene and food safety practices
- Learn the procedures to date and identify the products
- Learn the equipment and how to safely use it
- Responsible for the cleanliness of tools.
- Ensure a proper rotation of the food while following the FIFO method
- Learn to do preparations daily and verify inventory according to the preparation lists.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
