About Funday

Funday is an indoor playground and party venue in Mississauga, built for families who want a place where kids can play freely and parents can relax. We host birthday parties, events, and everyday play, and we're growing.

The Role

You'll answer incoming party and event inquiries by phone, email, and in person, guide families to the right package, and follow up until they're booked. You'll also bring Funday into the community through local events, schools, daycares, community groups, and other outreach. Every connection you make brings more families through our doors.

What You Bring

- An outgoing, confident communicator who's persuasive without being pushy
- Sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a strong plus
- Organized and great at following up
- Availability on Saturdays and Sundays
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Check, completed within 30 days of accepting an offer
